I provide individual psychotherapy from a strength-based, insight-oriented, relational psychodynamic perspective with behavioral tools as needed. I also encourage mindfulness practices, including meditation. Sessions last 45 minutes and begin and end on time. The number of psychotherapy sessions is usually once or twice weekly. When indicated, I will suggest medication management.
